Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our technical support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.
- 2.Prepare the Equipment
Securely pack the item in its original industrial packaging, ensuring all software keys, power cables, and auxiliary components are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the crate and ship the unit via a tracked carrier to our designated inspection facility.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our engineers verify the hardware condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
